The website advertises and charges for 1 hour services. The truth is, that they tack on a 4 day "processing" time to this even if you PAY an additional fee for rush (2 day) shipping. The only way to know this is to actually go through the online order process and then follow a series of small hyperlinks to get to the truth about their service. The is deceptive and misleading to anyone who thinks they are getting 1 hour service. They NEED to change their website to reflect the reality of their service.
