Ordered a bunch of jacquard paints for my daughter, and never heard a peep from benfranklin.com except to tell me that the order did go through. Writing to the email address for customer service bounced, and there was never any tracking info given. I checked their facebook page and they are still posting stuff about specials on their website, so they ARE out there, but not responding to complaints. They also try to make it look like they are the same people that ran the Ben Franklin brick and mortar stores but they don't seem to be. There seems to be a Steve Greenberg and a Kathy Lawton involved, if those are their real names. It's hard to figure out where they are located as there seems to be mixed information. They also have the site benfranklincrafts.com

Going to cancel the credit card charge today. Sick of this.
