I have been scammed by this crook on Craigslist. He advertised a shed to be built and I signed the online contract he sent over. Initially he sounds like a nice guy so I went with my gut. Turned out to be the worst mistake I ever made! Like many other victims, I too have been stringed along with excuses after excuses from him being in the hospital (several times!), truck broken down, need more time to work, weather, etc you name it, he had it all downpat. I even tried to take him to small claims court but he never acknowledged the summons and did not go to court! Most recently he said he will pay me back but of course nothing. I really really would like for him to STOP getting money from innocent people. $700 is alot of money and if he does this for 10 times? Does this guy have no conscious? If there is any class action suit against this crook, I want to be in on it.

- Update on this complaint, obviously Kevin also reads this so in a way it's good. He has contacted me and told me that I need to stop complaining because he has no money and will still like to proceed with paying me. I just wrote him back saying that I did not want to get anyone in trouble but just want my money back and this is a way to find out how. I hope that he will be good to his word and pay me back. Kevin, if you are reading this, let's work together on making it happen. As I stated to you in email, I do am not threatening you with slander or libel or whatever but just need my $700 deposit back as you promised many months ago.
