Hello,
I too was scammed by Kevin Shook. I appreciate all the suggestions everyone have posted. I tried from October 2010 to June 2011 to get him to put a shed up. I, like an idiot, paid it completely in advance and never received it. I was wondering if anyone could give me a statue of limitations on my situation. I plan on going to my local sheriffs office to file a report, but before i do i want know if i still have time to do it. Any information would be appreciated.
