A technician told me that he will be able to correct the errors in my computer. The following day it was not repaired. I made several calls within 3 days and nothing
materialized. Three different technicians
tried to fix the problems with the same
technology. It didn't work.
My computer is still not fixed. I'm not using
this computer anymore. I will not use the above for all the waste in time and nothing fixed.

The technicians promised me that all the errors and virus's will be repaired in my computer. After three tries, nothing was fixed. The technicians are unreliable for these jobs. I will not use this Gateway Help-Support for my Computer. I gave away this computer.
I want my credit $149.99 to close this problem. -
