After six months and over 50 hours on the phone with their technicians, they miraculously concluded that they could no further assist me and suggested that I take my laptop to a local technician. This was determined after they could not reset my computer to factory conditions. If they had been competent and, not attempting to rack up my allotted number of phone calls (which I would have to demand that they reset each time I talked to them because, they could never resolve the issue), they could have determined this during the first phone call. Example: Computer will not reset to factory conditions. Not a software problem. Take it to a local technician. However, this would have clued me into the fact that they are useless and I would have demanded a refund immediately, I'm assuming there is a 2-3 grace period that would require they refund me.
ANSWERSBY.com is dishonest. I did not ask for a refund but, I did tell them they would have to make me whole by at least reissuing my start date so that I would have a complete year's service to make up for the last six months wasted with them. The customer service rep refused this reasonable request. He said it was impossible. I don't know what planet he is from but, this is clearly within the realm of possibility. It is quite reasonable. He also refused to give me the company's address, which, I was able to easily get online. I could go on with how disrespectful and dishonest. Please avoid this company. ANSWERSBY.com brings disrepute to small businesses and keeps large companies thriving.
