On August 5, 2012 I purchased an Anytime phone from WalMart in Clinton MO. The phone needed an "airtime card", priced at $45 to use. I was assured repeatedly I could return my purchase if I was not satisified. When I returned my purchase I was informed I would not be able to return the air time card.

- I have written a letter of complaint to the main WalMart office. In response the manager, Jane Marshall wrote me a note asking me to call her. She basically told me she agreed that it was a ripoff but would do nothing about the issue
