O.k., It seems nobody mention what happens after you unfortunately bought their 'one year pc protect plan', so I tell you about it. When they cleaned my pc and cleared unneccessary files, I thought they did some job for me, so even there was the possibility of scam, I thought it's OK to pay $199. But 1 week later, the same guy called me up and said, 'your pc has trouble' again. I didn't have any trouble with my pc that time, but he insisted I needed to change the whole software in my pc and buy 'their' software system for over $200. Hey, I paid $199 one week before, and then he says I have to pay ANOTHER couple of hundred $. I could buy another new pc with that money!! I hang up and sent a complain message via e-mail to them, but they gave me no option to canncel the plan. Now it's Sep., but they still ring our phone number a few times EVERYDAY and we never answer the house phone anymore. We are gonna talk with Telstra about this issue. Be ware Aussies, onece you talk with them, they NEVER give up to call you!
