I went online after seeing a TV ad. I went through the information process which did not show the s&h charges. After entering all my credit card info and going to checkout I saw the S&H charges were $14.98 I did not want to buy the product. There was a confirm the sale button. I did NOT confirm the sale. But there was also not an escape button. I exited the site without confirming the sale.
I later saw that my credit card had been charged. I called the company and complained and was told that I could not cancel the order. I emphatically said I did not want the product. They said they would take $10 off the s&h. I said I still did not want it. But again they said they could not cancel it. I received the product, but I do not want it. The box did not have an invoice or any information about returning it if unhappy. And I am very unhappy.
