I ordered two pair of Keen sandals, and got a sponge. PayPal refunded my money after I sent the sponge back to the seller with a tracker. NEVER BUY ANY SHOES from Rios. Their webpage looked professional, signed up for email everything. Whenever you buy anything from someplace you aren't sure of, google that name and the word 'scam'.. If I had done that first I wouldn't have been in this mess.
