Arbitrarily charging for 4 gift cards that i did not order. I called, they said they have no fraud department, but that "our computers seem to be doing that. We have had numerous complaints about unauthorized charging of gift cards and of x-boxes. We don't know what is wrong." Spoke to Jasmine as the online customer service. I indicated that computers don't just go back from a transaction, 4 months ago, and pull a credit card number and start charging.
