This company is taking advantage of people and using the yahoo site to do it. I went onto yahoo.com to inquire about their download instant message not working. I called the number listed and I talked to this man who said he was the yahoo customer service. I discussed with him that the instant message wouldn't download. He asked me to allow him to get into my computer so he could see what the problem was. So I did. Then he told me that someone had hacked into my email account from various of places and they were about to take control of my computer and have access to all my personal information. I was devastated. He told me I should take care of this immediately. So he said I could go to office depot to have my computer serviced for $350-$400 or pc care expert would charge $199.95 and service my computer online. So I allowed this suppose to be yahoo customer servicer connect my computer to pc care expert. I thought this was strange that a yahoo representative actually would represent another company. But stupidly I agree to let these people take control of my computer and they gave pc care expert access into my computer as well. I had no problem with my computer I though I was talking to someone from yahoo about the instant message download. But I got duped by these fraudulent pc care expert people. I can't believe yahoo hasn't try to get warn it's customers.
