On the 8th June 2012 I paid €4.95 for a sample of lush serum , on the 29th June they took $99.92 out of my account with out my permission for the free serum. On the 24th July they helped themselves to another $82.87. On the 16th September another serum arrived which I never ordered. Now I'm worried that they are going to help themselves to my account again.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Have you contacted your CC company?
Mine have done little but I have now reported to Trading Standards and Fair Trading. Waiting for replies -
