Sept 7/12 Ordered 2 pair trousers out of Christmas Catalogue. Received Email items in stock and to be delivered for a fee to my Seniors Residence.Order # 0766890342 Conf # 1128131260-00021 No action. Phoned again on
Sept 14/12 Was told order had been cancelled (not by me). Lady took order again and Email Sept 14 confirmed items in stock to be delivered to my residence. Order # 07607096289
Conf #1128131260-00022. No delivery received
Sept 22/12 Email received order now at Outlet Store 530 Oxford St W London for me to pick up. Thgis Email gave order # 0767122042, but item numbers given as 2 pr navy pants when order was for 1 pr. navy and 1 pr khaki which means I will need to go through returning routine to get what I want. No car here, need taxi to pick up order as I do not drive. Very disappointed
