I purchased 14k white gold ict geniuine emerald gemstone round shape earrings. I get a email saying i received my order. I contacted them,I traced my order it was sent out to a new york address. I live in pa. Again I contacted them several more times .I even try contacted the company and the email would not go threw. After many attemps they say they would refund me the money. I never asked for a refund. They would not send me my order like they said in chats. I keept all the chats,they still wont answer my calls. what can I do?
