I received this LUSH-I product via USPS mail on 7/17/92.
My credit card statement had this product/s listed on my 08/07/12 > opening/closing date of 06/11/12 -07/10/12. Listed on 6/14/12 a charge of $4.95 LUSH-I. Also listed on 6/29/12 a charge of $99.92. I called the phone number listed on my statement. I spoke w/Megan - (Customer Service) on 7/17/12 @ 9:30 am recorded for Quality Assurance.
I spoke and told Megan I want to send-mail this sample back since I didn't order it. This is what she said - "No, don't send it back we will refund the $99.92 on your credit card all you have to pay is the shipping of $4.95. " That did not happen"
