I SEEN AN AD ONLINE SAYING TO TRY HYDRAWHITE COMPLETE PROGRAM FOR $1.00 SO I ENTERED NY INFO AND CARD NUMER THEY TOOK $3.08 FROM ME THEN A FEW DAYS LATER A WOMAN CALLED ME ASKING ME FOR MY CARD NUMBER AGAIN and my 3 digit numer off the back of my card i refused to give it to her she tells me that i will not recieve the complete teeth whitner and will loose my money i tell her to cancel it and send my 3.08 back to my card and hung up on her.then the next day this same woman calls me again trying to get my card number she says she needs to comfirm that i want to cancel and return my money but the whitner did come in the mail so i told i recieved it she still trying to get my card number i refuse and told her to cancel anyfurther actions and she keeps trying to get my card number i tell her she doesnt need my card number to cancel then hung up on her then a man calls me says he is from there company and says he needs my card number to cancel i refuse again and hung up today i go to get my pay check off my card and seen that $78.41 dollers was taken off my card i call my check card company and they momfirmed that hydrawhite company has it on hold for them to take so i call them and they refuse to give me my money back they try to offer ne $45 doller and keep the trial offer i have already paid them for or return the trial offer and they'll give me $60 of my money back i said no i want my 78.41 back that they had no athrization to take it in the first place she still kept telling me i can choose one of the options they offerd so i asked to speak with her superviser and she sayed she wasnt there then she sayed she could leave her a message to call me back i said fine yes leave her my number to call me back.about an hour later the superviser calls me back did not want to refund my money says that they dont have to give me anything back but she was offering to give me the same as what the other rep was offering $60 and to send back the trial offer i had already paid for i told her no i had paid for that before it was shipped to me the woman was rude and did not care i am really upset was crying and handed the phone to my mom she got rude and cursed my mother so i took the phon back and asked to talk to who is over her she replies there wasnt anyone else oner her that she was it i told her there is and i wanted to talk to them she refuses to let me by this time im cursing she refuses to return the money she STOLE FROM ME AND HANGS UP ON ME.....so know im writing you and next the better bussiness bureau and my check card tells me they will be filimg a persuit against there company and for me to keep calling to check on when its filed by them they can give me my money back or be sued for alot more
