I recently purchased what i believed to be a free trial of diet pills, and was told i was paying for the cost of post and packaging.I brought theses on 31aug 2012. I paid for them, received them and thought nothing more of it. Until today when i noticed the same company had taken two payments from my account. One of £37.50 and one £75.00. I contacted the company who say because i didnt cancel my policy once i received my order, or within 14 days of purchasing i was tied into a contract where they can take this money, each month until i cancel.
I wasnt aware that i had even agreed to this(i wouldnt have brought the pills otherwise) and am astounded that a company can mislead you in this way, and use your bank details they way this company did. They will not give me a refund.
