I received a shipment of dietary supplements. Upon receipt, I checked with the security code printed on the package and it was returned online as 'counterfeit'. I then researched multiple websites & forums only to find out this company (a.k.a. hohodeals.com) has a plethora of complaints out there. When I tried to contact the seller via email I received an unitelligle response of "u need to check by the 400 phone." When I asked "What exactly does that mean?", they responded with:"4006242315 this is the 400 phone number. u can check by this phone. Regards!". I then Googled the phone number (too many phone scams for me to just dial unwittingly)and found out that phone numbers with an area code (not in U.S.) have all been listed as 'scams' by american consumers. I filed a complaint with PayPal against the consumer, and have been reassured that I will have resolution in 10-11 days. I feel though that it is necessary that online consumers are warned against counterfeiters like this one, especially when dealing with supplements that could have tremendously dangerous effects to one's health.
