I order a new sail for my sailboat, was told my Mr Murphy, (owner) it was the total cost. When I saw the confirmation it had freight added. I noted on my order submission I had to talk to Mr. Murphy re the freight charges.
I heard from no one, but did get a confirmation ( #350).
I called, emailed, & faxed many messages to this company with no response whatsoever.
I cancelled my order, contacted my credit card company, (Peak charged me for the sail the day the order was placed). I notified my cc company that I will not pay for the product, that I have not heard from them, I did not know when, or if, the product was being produced.
I cancelled the order in many ways but still have not heard from this company. I have a notice on my door informing the delivery man that I will not accept this product and not to leave it at my house.
I simply want the ordered cancelled and a confirmation of that cancellation.
