i'm from india, an unfortunate ex-employee of ITechline. i worked there for 1 month only to find out that people are being cheated. first day on floor soon as i had hit the floor realised that the only thing that they do is cheat, cheat and cheat. they are a bunch of idiots who knows nothing about technical stuff. they are just greedy for money as they are highly paid and trained professionals hired to make fool out of poor people. the reason y i'm lodging a complaint is because neither do i cheat people nor do i prefer being cheated. $199.99 is too much. and what do they get in return? an issue thats never fixed or taken care of. this company "ITechline is owned by an even bigger company called 'DAMCO' group". let me tel u wat they do.. u call in for tech support thinking its dell hp norton mcafee or wat ever.. they tell u we r dell norton wat ever. then remotely monitors your computer.. show u stuff tells u abt virus infection, trojan attack, hacers and wat not.. i tell u how its done.. open > command prompot> type in dir/s > to show u they r scanning yur computer(its nothin) > then they change color by keying in color c in command prompt, net stat to confuse people for hackin n stuff..
i dont cheat people or prefer cheatin them.. if some one can do somethin about this, its greatly appreciated.. pls cancell the license of this company itechline also knon as jini online. this organization shouldnt even exist.
