I came into the newly refurbished restaurant to make an order for a family bucket meal of 14 piece chicken box the staff named MR.SURESHI who served me gave the the total sum of 16.99. I was not able to see the menu price for the bucket as new design layout in a small store made it impossible for me to see the price which is in a corner and the isle was divided into two making it impossible to see that side of the menu board. I was not offered the drink offer that comes with the meal and i stated to mr sureshi that it should be custom to ask customers of the offers and this was not good customer service. He never replied back. I knew there was something wrong with the price of the order so i called my sister who was waiting for me to come in and ask mr sureshi about the order. It was wrong, he said that we would have to waite again as we had already had waited for around 10 mins for the first order, all he had to do was to take out what we had and that was it. The hygiene in the store was terrible chips on the floor where the staff were working did not look good and the tables were so dirty that another customer by the name of Mr RICHI BARNES came up to the till point and asked one member of staff if there was anyone to clean the tables as he was with his child and the dirtyness of the tables was unexceptable. Mr Barnes asked if there was anyone that can clean the tables but they all looked too busy and he just asked for something to clean the table himself and the staff just gave him some tissues and he asked if they had any cleaning products which they gave him and the customer cleaned the table himself. I have Mr Barnes mobile number if required to give you his side of the comment but i stated that i will be writing to complain and he was in full support of what happened and the state the store was in. I don't expect to come into a store with unproffessional service and lack of customer focus its not just about preparing food and that the ovens do staff should just prepare be the best they can be and deliver the reputation for KFC. Today was not that day and i would not be going to that restaurant again I hope you may be able to resolve this problem to be checked and monitery or staff observations to be more consistant.
