I bought a new phone and was told to put my phone on a different bill than my wife's, (To save money). Then I was told to switch it back a month later. I called they said it was done so I continued to pay my bill only to find them calling a threatening to shut my phone off every month. I needed to make a $151.00 payment right then or have my phone shut off. I paid an additional payment to keep my phone on. This went on for 7 months, in August I had enough, so asked if there were 2 bills in my name. There were still 2 bills. There was a $488.00 credit on my wife's bill, and all along they had my money and were threatening to shut my phone off. In August I said to move my money to the other account, I was told there was no way. I stopped paying them and they shut off my phone. Then they had the audacity to charge me $350.00 for leaving to go to another company. Great customer service.
