Happen to check my account on-line and noticed a deduction from Sportivemall.com. There was a # listed (407)545-7785. I called and spoke with a representative. I explained my concern and she asked for the last four digits of the credit card. She placed me on hold briefly and returned stating that " I have that card under .....stating my full name. I replied "yes and that would be me but I did not order anything from this company". I asked exactly what was ordered and what address was the merchandise supposed to be shipped to. She replied "goggles" and stated my current address. I then emphasized that I did not order anything. She politely said that she would cancel the order and the $$ would be put back on my card in 2-3 business days. I asked if that is all that I needed to do and she replied "yes". After hanging up I Googled the company and found a copious amounts of complaints. I then proceeded to call my bank and cancel the card. My bank encouraged me to call them back if they do not return the $$ and they will file a complaint as well. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND THE INDIVIDUALS THAT WORK FOR THEM TO PROMOTE STEALING!!!!!
I will keep you posted with the outcome of the returning of my $$. Thank you for listening and BEWARE of SPORTIVEMALL.COM!!!!
