having purchased a new table+chair in dec 2011 for £299.99 from harvey in liverpool advised delivery in jan 2012 witch was fine when they were deliverd the chairs were like rocking horses and the table was warped we then phone harveys customer service who sent a engineer to inspect them the engineer agreed they were faulty and would do a report and send it to harveys 3 mounths later and 7 call to them later at 0844 prem price they said " we will send new legs out and fit them your self " i'am a bit handy so ok but the chair are all sque wiff ,so phone an other 5 time this time they said they would replace them so i had to take another day off work when they arrived they too were damaged and returned so phone harveys again to find out what was happening and they had to wait for an enginer report again it is now 7 mounths on again more phone calls to them by now i have enought and ask for a full refund as the good were not fit for the purpose the were bought for alls i ham asking for is a full refund never mmind 15 calls and all my time chasing them
