This company offer the public a service where they pass the customer details on to several installers for quotations, at a cost to the installers, we have had some duff leads and queried them, but on at least two occasions they have charged anyway, in the latest instance they were forbidden by us to take money from our account while in dispute, but they took it anyway, when I complained on their forum they blocked me.

- This has since been refunded to our account providing I make no further comment on any forums or complaint sites.
