just an up-date. I have tried for several days to cancel my order with Levela with no success. I called was put on hold for several minutes and than disconnected. I aslo sent e-mails that we returned. I finally got through on the phone by calling right back everytime I was disconnected. I called was put on hold and than disconnected 6 times. on the 6th call I was put on hold and than I got a real preson. If you call do not give up.

sorry forgot to post the phone# that I kept calling at Levela # is 1-888-283-7452. do not hang up when they put you on hold, and everytime you get disconnected, call right back. they will answer you, it will just take afew times.
