I was scammed feel so ashamed, I cant explain in word how it feels to be taken like a complete fool a total idiot to even take out a loan for the full amount I was scammed, yes the producted worked, sort of. There was not much gained and a hell of alot lossed, my losses way out weighted profit plus the outlay costs. Even though I havent used the program for months as I cant afford the lose of money from betting. Although now the program has stopped working anyway. I dont know what I was thinking. I am lodging this complaint for reasons unknown other than the obvious one loss of 22k is gut wrenching and the felting of being totally played like a puppet.... How is my girlfriend ever suppose to support me with any decions I make financially? I know there is nothing I can do with getting compensation, they scammed me totally legally with a contract and product although it doesnt work Im pretty sure the EULA will cover them from any sort of fruad.
How this happened I dont know just like many other complaints they rang me... Offered me the product, used a program to show me over the internet used a conference call to help make me beleive that the program worked all too convinceing a woman sold me the products after which I couldnt contact her within the 7days cooling off period to cancel. I spoke to a Mike Williams part of a UK trading/training program, main reason for buying the program. My so called program trainer was a Joel Anthoney. All the people that I was in contact with were smile and nod sort of people just to keep me happy or at least leaving me with just enough information to keep me quiet for a couple of more days.
THIS IS A COMPLAINT LETTER I WROTE AND SENT TO HBB and INSITUTE OF DIRECT SELLING STANDARD
First Id like to begin at when I was called up by the HBB Sales Consultant to see if I was interested in makeing money part time, and gave me the sales pitch about the trading on the Australian and UK Market, Australian 10:30Am to 6:00pm and UK Trading 10:30pm to around 3:00am, the sales consultant said that learning and trading on the market will be simple and easy and that HBB will hold your hand the whole way through and train you up so you can solo trade and that if your interested in UK Market that you can trade with a Trainer/Trader that does only UK Trading which is Mike Williams. After being informed about the training and the UK Market and being able to trade at night after my full time job I was keen as to get an online preview/presantation to see what and how it all worked. The sales consultant organised me two late night sessions with Mike Williams to help convince/make me confident in the Software to purchase. After haveing these two sessions and knowing that I was able to trade with such confident and knowlegabe Lay Trader, I couldnt see how I could pass up this oppitunity. After purchaseing the programme for the Price of $19,999 I downloaded it off the web and I started to have trouble contacting HBB, Trainers and my Sales Consultant, I did end up getting on to a trainer about a week later. I received two training sessions on both of which were different weekends and as a group session, I had informed the trainers that I cant trade during work days because of my work, only at night. I was told that I had to be able to make $2000 a week on the Australian Market on my own before I could hop in "GROUP TRADING ON THE UK MARKET WITH MIKE WILLIAMS" now I had brought this up as soon as I could speak to a trainer, that I only wanted to trade on the UK Market with Mike Williams to learn and make money because it was the situation I am in with my work. When I signed my contract I assummed that when it said "HBB WILL PROVIDE THE CLIENT WITH ACCESS TO A 1300 MESSAGE SERVICE NUMBER AND A CHOICE OF 3 TRAINERS/TRADERS" that this would mean trading/training with Mike Williams or an Austrailain Market Trader/Trainer. After 3 weeks of trading on the weekends and afternoons when possible, because of my lack of training I had lost money. With confidence in the programme and HBB I kept trying and trying to get training sessions, HBB was haveing trouble with phones and returning calls and other issues, so training wasnt happening for awhile and haveing to skip weekends when I could trade on Australian market I hadnt made any money from the program nor had enough training sessions. After ringing and ringing and alot more ringing I finally got onto the trainer and after talking to him and letting him know that I havent been getting any use out of the programme, and that I would like to get in the group sessions with Mike Williams on the UK Trading Market early. He agreed and said he would contact Mike Williams and get me in the group trading sessions. After 2 days I rang and rang and rang and couldnt get onto my trainer, I rang the 1300 number and left a few messages for Joel Anthoney and Mike Williams concerning UK Trading with Mike, to please return my call. Finnally after 3 days of leaveing messages Mike Williams called, saying I was "harrassing the girls in the office to talk to Mike Williams asap about UK Trading and getting on the group session", he then informed me that there is nothing in my "CONTRACT" to make me ELIGABLE for UK Market Groups Trading Sessions. This was the first I had heard that I wasnt eligable for it, as it was the main and most important reason for purchaseing the program. After this had happened I wanted to to find out wether or not I was able to upgrade to a different contract, this is when I found out that the Sales Consultant that I had dealt with had left the HBB company for about 3-4 weeks. Another Sales Consultant rang me about setting up 2 Group UK Trading Sessions with Mike Williams for Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th of August, I never received a phone call for thoughs sessions after calling and calling was finnally rebooked for Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd of August I still didnt received a phone call or text with the session password and details. Now I regret to say Im about fed up... I having been Truthful, Honest and Paticant with the HBB staff, the organisation of training sessions and my contract. All im asking is that I could sell my Licence and Programme back to HBB Austrailia and Concerning Partys at the PRICE/AMOUNT that I payed for it $19,999, as I do not beleive the original sales consultant was trained enough in the product that they were selling and didnt provide enough or correct information concerning the contract/product that was on offer. All in all I feel I was miss lead with the information that was used to sell the product.

I can further explain what has happened in more detail if needed over the phone.

I recieved a letter from HBB noting the complain was lodge but there will be not further action taken as I am the owner of the EULA. I recieved nothing from the Institute of Direct Selling Standards.

I know this is alot of information and I appoligize for you to have to scroll over the lot but I have nothing more to give I just wish I hadnt been money hungry or had the desire to retire before I was 30years old I had to sell my car to pay off my personal loan I have lost over $25,000 AUS it takes a long time to save that sort of coin I dont know what I was thinking just wish I thought harder.
