Applied for a mail redirection but I was informed that some details could not be verified and I needed to go to the post office with ID proofs in order to apply for the redirection. On checking my bank they had still debited my card for the redirection costs. When I called royalmail to query this I got a very rude customer service agent telling it was my banks fault for releasing the money and I should take it up with them.
