Same thing that happened to everybody else I got screwed out of $100!!! On Thursday, June 23, I entered my credit card number into the Bidrack.com website in preparation for entering an auction for a IPAD. On the website it has the statement “Register Now, It is completely free”. But it did ask for my card number, which I, in good faith, provided, anticipating that the company would need that number for the IPAD that I intended to purchase.
To the left of the card number is a series of options for bids with a cost associated with them. On top of the page is an amount—which I discounted, because I did not elect any of the options and registration was supposedly free.
It was not free and I am out $100. Must have been having an off day, I know better. Caveat emptor!!!!!!
