Just like most others who fell for this scam, I thought I was putting in my credit card info only if I won a bid, come to find out they charged my credit card $99.00 for sign up fee.

I got a call back from a supervisor who said that there is a hard and fast no refund policy. When I asked her to walk me through the site to show me where the $99 is clearly stated, she hung up on me. When I tried to call the number that listed on my phone, I received a message that the number did not go through. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They pose as legal representatives, very polite and are convinced their website is clear. NOWHERE in the registration process does it say you will be charged $99.

- They have CHANGED the screen!!!!! It used to ask for your credit card number, and then say "register now". Now it gives a $60 bid package for $100 bids and the button says "order now". BIG DIFFERENCE.
