This company is now calling Australia. They are very convincing and had access to my computer details. I don't know if they are a scam or not. Do they really represent Microsoft and carry out the service they say. I have worked with computers also for over 30 years, so I fell for it, if it was a scam, and put through my credit card details. I have contacted my bank as a precaution.
I only found out after when I did a search on the company and found this website. They were persistent (that should have been a hint?) but they did spend a lot of time "fixing" errors on my computer.
