ordered the dvd fatal vision from this website on 8/24/2012. credit card was charged 8/27/2012. its supposed to arrive in 3-5 days,it hasn't. called 8/29 left voicemail no response. was upset to learn the bad reviews about customer service,not receiving dvds and phone calls not returned, also bbb says they may be out of business...next time i am going to check about an online business before giving up my hard earned cash..don't expect any refunds as others haven't got any and more calling useless...this place is a scam!!!
