sales agent came into to my job sign me up with a 2year contract and the contract was not what i was told ,i had problems with the phone and service from day one,they put me off untill the 14 days was up then i was stuck,and now they are trying to make me pay for two different contracts by said that i am in breach,i have turned this over to my attorney,which is also costing me now.this has been a nightmare,the sales agent that sold me this will not call me back,and have not heard from him since the sale on date above.thank you polly white

- Thank-you for posting this complaint! I just had two sales reps come into my work and sign me into a 2 year contract for supposedly "T Mobile" service. I thought I smelled a rat when my contract said "Venicom" on top of it, not T Mobile, and stated that they were an "authorized" dealer of T Mobile. As soon as the sales reps were gone, I did some research on the company name and their affiliation with T Mobile online, called the Venicom number the sales reps gave me and cancelled my order. I also made sure to get a cancellation number in case I had to take them to court. As soon as I hung up the phone, the two reps were back in my office asking why I had cancelled. I couldn't believe they were so persistent! I told them exactly what I had found on the internet and told them I was no longer interested. Thanks again for posting this! It saved me a big headache!
