I also ordered the free trial and tried to cancel within 14 days, to get no where. I have cancelled my card but they have still taken my monies out. I have phoned them today and they will not refund or seem to take me off their mailing list. They tried to sell me something else to which I explained that I did not what to which the man just kept repeating himself. I asked him to confirm that I would not be charged any more money or be sent anything else and he put the phone DOWN!!. I now dont know what to do???? But my account is over drawn due to the monies going out.
