eBay Scam!!
This guy is using eBay term and condition loop holes to get free items from other sellers. He then turns around and resells the items he got for free for a huge profit. He buys coupons from other sellers then uses them, then contacts eBay that the coupons are invalid so the seller has to refund the money.
He is a scammer and please beware of him on eBay, he consistently changes his eBay ID. Here are some of his IDs from the past.
