Purchases two dresses from this site received incorrect sizes and wrong coloured dresses from what I ordered.
Contacted their site received from online chat to one of their customer services team the address of their head office to which I could return these dresses to. I was happy to exchange for the right size.
My dresses were not delivered successfully to their head office no answer to the address given.
I have liased with this online company through email( close to 100 by now) and online chat. They told me they would refund me my money no talk of them wanting the dresses back... very dodgy now and worried about scam possiblity however these dresses are beautiful and of great quality...
I am so exhausted from them promising to refund me and it never happens.
What can I do to get this issue resolved?
