I ordered 4 dresses with this online company. On their website it says you can always return and get a refund and that there are no delivery costs.

I received the dresses after some weeks, but at first I already had to pay VAT at the post office. Then the dresses where of very poor quality and not true to size or to picture (not wearable at all). I immediately contacted them that I wanted to return them. I had to send pictures which I did and then at some point (after many mails and many different names), they gave me an address in London to return the dresses to with the promiss of a refund. I sent the package registered (with again costs), but now after 10 days, and contacting Dutch postal servise several times, the location does not accept the package. I keep e-mailing with the customerservice and different people promiss different things, but don't give a refund until now.

I filed a dispute with Paypal and asked for a refund which the company declined on. They have now sent an e-mail that they will refund after I will pull back the dispute. I have mailed back that I will do so after they have made the refund. After this I haven't heared back yet.

What can I do? This seems to be a dodgy company.
