I bought shoes from justfab.com about 5 months ago using my bank visa debit card,the shoes didn't fir so i had to make an exchange,when exchanging i changed my main payment method from the visa debit card to my prepaid MasterCard,I actually deleted the Visa card.Now months later someone retrieved the visa info and charged me $39.95 for something i didn't order.I tried to cancel the account,but customer service keep putting me on hold or pretend that they can't hear, when there is no problem with my phone connection.i sent them about 15 email, telling them about what i think of them,sending some more
