This company relies on the accepting its terms and conditions as a fall back to not refund money that has been taken. It is completely unclear that money is automatically taken out. It is completely unclear that I have to Op-Out within the first 5 days of the month. I was told that the credits no longer have cash value therefore I can not be issued a refund. I was told that if I don't fined $160 worth of merchandise within 12 months my credits expire, leaving them with $160 and me with no product. I was told that I would be lucky to get One credit when I called and I would get that only if I did not cancel. I was told the terms and conditions over 10 times by two people as though I just needed to accept them as true and lawful. I finally got a refund of only $79.90. I did not plan on purchasing anything from this company at any time in the future. And if I didn't, then the company gets a windfall of $79.90 while I get nothing in exchange. I don't see how a company can justify taking and keeping peoples money with one sided terms and conditions that are not unclear. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in the state of California and received the balance of my money refunded to me. Filing a complaint with the BBB in CA is the only way to get your money back from them! They do not have a legal department, and what they are doing has to be illegal!
