On July 17, 2012 went on line to free credit report . com for a free report for a dollar 1.00 now today 8/25/2012 see a charge of 16.99 on my banking account now I did not order additional reports nor authorize any more charges. How do I stop this transactin and will I be able to get my money back? Trust in a company to view your credit report then this happens. Won't be doing this again!!!! They should be ashamed to mislead and to take money from individuals that put trust in them!!!

  • Anonymous: Do not plan on a quick solution with them I have been trying since May 5,12 and they have not responded to e mails or to phone calls, my amount has totaled $91.80. It started with the (FREE) credit report I asked for 1 time, then they continued to make charges on my account ranging from $19.95 - up to $31.95 and I have no Idea what the charges are for, and they still as of 8/25/12 have not contacted me. I feel for you and if you get yours settled please let us know how you did it. Good Luck. Paso8
