I've had the same experience as others -- "Sarah Roberts" called. 888.406.2174. I had legitimately listed some property, and in my rush, assumed this was in response to that listing. I asked a few questions, it seemed legit, so I gave the 10% of escrow on my Amex. Later that week I thought through the conversation in more detail and called amex to disput the charge. I also called "Sarah" once I finally did get the "contract" which was nothing like what she described and told her that I thought she was a fraud. I also responded to the email with the contract letting them know I contacted a lawyer (I didn't). Thankfully, Amex returned payment (LOVE amex!!) and nothing was signed. But learned an important lesson for SURE.
