I was billed but didn't receive the product. I did get the "free" samples I paid for. I called 885-528-0305 to explain and the number doesn't work. I looked up hydrawhite.com and found a different number 888-895-1318. That number doesn't connect to a person but does tell you how to cxl the order. I'm out the money BUT hope it won't happen again!
