International boundaries
Ordered prescription glasses June 6, 2012. Didn't receive them until July 5, 2012. Right frame and prescription, but wrong lens shape. Returned the item July 6, 2012. Ever since all I get from various customer reps are delays and emails either saying it's in the lab, almost done, or they had to reorder the lenses again. It's been nine weeks now and they keep saying the same thing. All I want now is my money back.
Update: 08/30/2012
Contacted the credit card company. It was the credit card company that helped get this resolved. A credit was issued to my account for the full amount. Case is closed for me.
