About 10 days ago, I submitted a question and my contact details in a form on the Optics Fast website. I did not say I was making a commitment to send eyeglasses to Optics Fast. I asked if a repair Optics Fast made on a pair of my glasses in March 2016 was under warranty as the glasses had come apart at the place repaired. Since submitting that query on the company's website, I have been besieged with texts and emails demanding I pay for a shipping label. A company representative with whom I spoke yesterday told me I had made a commitment to send glasses to Optics Fast and that they were taking me to collections for refusing to pay for a shipping label. Since that brief phone conversation, every time I have called Optics Fast, someone picks up and then hangs up on me. I feel I am being being bullied into giving Optics Fast without having received anything other than stress and harrassment from the company.
