Paypal clearly stated that If I purchased anything on ebay using Paypal to pay for item which I did .I had the right to return it anytime within 45 days and recieve a total refund.For any reason.Ebay has strict guidelines about catagories of items for sale on their site. I always bought under the site heading of PRE 1600 which means that all items in that catagory must be made before A.D.1600. I purchased from Eric Freedman 5-7 arrowheads under the heading of pre 1600 for about 270.00. I do not have exact details because thewy deleted all my personnel information I had with my ebay account. I had always recieved a refund when I returned an item and used their system they supplied to recieve a refund many many times.Ebay is abundant with fakes. The only system they offer for the consumer is a refund.I had used their system they provided many times. I went to return this item/items and they said NO because the seller said he did not know whether they were authentic or not.I know authenticity and use it to my advantage.I contacted Paypal and they refused refund saying it was a ebay decision. I reminded them of their polivcy and they again said it was a ebay decision.about 3 days later I had my site removed from ebay. I had no warnings at all and the reason they gave me was very vague.They said I abused their system. I only used their system they give for a refund.I reminded them that it was the sellers that sold the fakes.They replied I hurt the sellers when I filed a dispute or claim with their sellers. The sellers would stand steadfast in not giving a refund. they allowed me to file the disputes for a refund. They have absolutely no consumer protection in allowing their sellers to sell reproductions and it is buyer beware when you purchase under pre 1600 dishonest sellers and fake certificate of authenticities abount in this catagory. There are some good sellers but then there are a lot of dishonest sellers who prey on the unknowledgeable public. I have seen sellers sell nothing but reproductions making ebay thousands of dallors in fees. I returned all reproductions I recieved and when I did they deleted my site and did not allow me to buy anymore. The last time I did it cost me about $270.00 this is approximit.They gave me no warning or refused to give me any axact information concerning the # of times I was or was not allowed to return an item. My wife got an ebay site to buy on and she used my old paypal site which they said was allowable. After she returned so many items for refunds for the reason they were fake they deleted her site. EBAY is booting people off when they return items and only keep the gullible buyers so they can make their money. When a person makes too many returns they delete thier site and make up reasons. They verbally told my wife that one of the reasons was she used abbusive language. This is not true.Ebay wants their bread buttered on both sides and knows how to manipulete the buying public to get it.I told them that if the sellers did not sell fakes their would be no problem they told me it was my fault because I made too many returns. The last transaction w/Eric Freedman cost me about $270.00 and my ebay status. They gave me no warnings and gave me no exact #'s of returns I could get.Ebay is running a monopoly and works the rules in their favor for profits.in conversations they continuesly twisted the facts in their favor making us the bad guy. They delete people at their discresion. It is the sellers not the buyers that cause problems however when a buyer knows the difference between good and bad and returns the bad they are gotten rid of because ebay can't make money without sellers. [Personal Information Removed] just recently a person by the name of Gilbert Cooper took them to court and caught them in a big lie he recieved a lifetime of hassle free ebay selling along with monotary damages which ebay caused.This happened about 2-3 yrs ago I believe. it was on the same order of this but he was a seller who was attacked by a certain group called the A.A.C.A.They worked for ebay saying they could recognize fakes they unfairly picked in Mr. Cooper.I have years of professional experience in the field of pre 1600. My income has been greatly effected by this unfair attack on my ability to just excersize their rules and regulations. After my expulsion they changed some of the rules as did paypal.I paid almost 99% of purchases I made however at times I was made to wait more than 10 days for a refund.I gave feedback fairly however at times I did leave negative when deserved.My wife NEVER left Negative but ebay accused her of that in the phone conversation she had with them. Along with accusing her of using abbusive language.I never in my life had heard such twisted statements they made to validate my removel and my wifes.Like I stated they have a monopoly and know it and do everything to continue to manipulate the buying public in their favor for their profits. Just recently Ebay bought paypal now it is against ebay rules to pay for an item with anything but paypal.I can't tell you the amount of fees paid to paypal but when an item is returned those fees are refunded too.which is why they do all in their power to get rid of users who return items.Almost 35-40% of items sold in pre 1600 collectables are fake/reproductions.
