Dear, to whom it may concern, and to anyone who has the heart to listen to my story.
Please read and/or publish and/or air my story.
My name is Lynn.I live in Northern, Ok. I am currently buying my trailer
(0r so I thought) but renting the lot.I have lived here 2 yrs & 6 mos.
I am a single parent here and this is our HOME.NOT just some place Im renting!
Recently I have had some heated debates with the landlord.
An attorney tells me this landlord in questioning, has been swindling people for years...
what is called"equitable scamming, mortage faud, flip scamming.

On 5-19-12 the park manager illegally shut off my water.
My contract states the trailer provides water, trash, sewer.
This is an automatic breach of contract.
Then threatened me a paper saying the lot where my home resides.
Would be rendered unihabitable without water!

On 5-19-12 (the same day)I was forced to cancel my daughters 10th Birthday Party, just 2 hrs before because of fear for the childern being in my home with NO RUNNING WATER. And the emotional effect it would
have on my daughter, with her friends knowing we had no water!
My poor daughter put on a brave face and tried not to cry
.But I could tell it deeply saddened her.
It tore my heart out!

I have no money to move somewhere else.But besides that, Im BUYING, not renting !
Why should I walk off and throw away everything I have worked fo and dreamt of owning a place ????
There are least 40 some families,times 3 trailer parks, maybe more (who THINK they are buying) their trailers. OR so we all have been swindled into believing we are buying.
But we are not and never will own our trailers.
I have also found out just 3 days ago.The same guy who haressed me for the longest time is a sex offender. Which means a sex offender was allowed to haress me and my childern on the lot I paid for!!!!
However,he is also is the park managers son!

Upon us getting evicted from the home I was buying.The park managers allowed someone to steal my flat screen TV out of my house.

So anyone can see that she and the park managers are making mega-bucks off of these, hard -working, poor people.Most of us are employed.But some are on disablity and yes, some are unemployed.
This OWNER and the park managers, are destoring families and the families dreams of owning a place.
What happen to justice for the poor people??

Its not a crime to be poor...
But it SHOULD BE a crime to steal peoples hope and dreams!
I beg everyone! Stay away from Lakeshore,Skyline and Highland trailer parks in Dewey and Bartlesville,OK
