I purchased a 'Chip' from performancechipsdirect the product caused my car not to run. the support told me that the product was defective and a new one would be shipped and to toss the bad one in the garbage. i opened the old one and found that the company is selling a component with less than $2.00 worth of parts for $69.99 and it doesn't work. upon asking for a refund i was told there would be a 25% restocking fee. THIS COMPANY A FRAUD. i am returning 2 parts for a total of $139.99 and loosing $34.99 on the return.
