i looked online about loans. i went to welcome loans but not accept the loan. i received an email stating that a broker fee of £69.90 had been deducted from my account. i was not made aware about this broker fee and did not give my authorization.i phoned the company and was told to send a letter requesting a refund and after 21days i would receive my refund. i have still not received it so i phoned the company again and was told to email customer services i did this they replied saying they did not know why i had not received my refund that they would look into. next day they told me they still had no information and that if i liked to write to the legal compliance auditor
