RETURNED PRODUCT DUE TO BECOMING ILL FROM DRINKING THE SHAKES, CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME I WAS DENIED A REFUND. I WAS TOLD THAT THE OWNER DECLINED THE REFUND BUT THEY WOULD SEND ME MORE PRODUCT! I EXPLAINED THAT IT MADE ME SICK AND I DID'NT NEED MORE PRODUCT THAT MADE ME VERY SICK SO THAT WOULD BE CRAZY! THE LAST CONVERSATION I HAD WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS I DIDNT RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS, BUT THAT WASNT TRUE! I CALLED WITHIN THE 30 DAY N RECEIVED THE RMA # THEN SHIPPED IT BACK (THEY JUST DIDNT RCV IT IN THE WAREHOUSE WITHIN 30 DAYS, BUT I MADE THE CALL BEFORE THE 30 DAYS WAS UP AND THEY HAVE RECORD OF THAT! SO THIS HAS GONE ON FOR THREE MONTHS AND A MANAGER REFUSES TO CALL ME! IM OUTRAGED THAT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN SO UNPROFESSIONAL WITH THIS ISSUE! BEWARE OF IDEALSHAPE!

- I am one of the owners of IdealShape that refused your refund. We have a very clear policy that you have to call in and return your product within 30 days. We didn't receive your product for over 2 months. That is why you didn't get a refund. No other reason. Our CS department is very clear on that policy.
